Order Tracking at a Glance

How to Track Your Order

1. Check the email address used when placing your order.
2. Open the shipping-confirmation email sent after dispatch.
3. Select the tracking link included in that email.
4. Review the latest delivery status provided by the delivery service.

When Tracking Becomes Available

Tracking information becomes available after your order has completed processing and has been dispatched.

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and United States federal holidays.

A shipping label or tracking number may be created before the delivery provider completes its first scan. For this reason, the tracking status may not update immediately after the shipping-confirmation email is sent.

Where Your Order Is Fulfilled

All online orders are processed, inspected, packed, and dispatched from:

Tracking Has Not Updated

Tracking may remain unchanged briefly while the parcel is transferred, sorted, or waiting for its next delivery scan.

Contact us when the shipment has not updated for an unusual period or has moved beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Include your order number and the email address used during checkout.

We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the delivery provider or begin a shipment investigation.

Tracking Shows Delivered but the Parcel Is Missing

When tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check around the delivery location, entrance, porch, garage, or another safe place.
• Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management.
• Review the tracking page for delivery notes or a delivery photograph.
• Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
• Contact Detroit Legends Sports promptly when the parcel remains missing.

We will review the order and available delivery information and help determine the appropriate next step.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Contact customer support as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.

We will make a reasonable effort to update the address before dispatch, but a change cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, or fulfillment has started.

Once an order has been transferred for delivery, Detroit Legends Sports may no longer be able to change the destination.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Delivery

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if the parcel or product arrived damaged, you received the wrong product, or an item or included component is missing.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.

Keep the product and packaging until our customer-support team has reviewed the request.

Delivery Estimates

The estimated total delivery timeframe is 8–13 business days, consisting of 3 business days for processing and an estimated 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Severe weather, delivery-provider disruption, federal holidays, seasonal demand, address issues, or other circumstances may affect delivery.
