About Detroit Legends Sports

Detroit Legends Sports is a Michigan sole proprietorship owned and operated by Brian Hannosh. We operate an independent physical and online sports-card, collectible-art-card, and card-accessories store.

Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. Where you are not legally able to enter into an agreement independently, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or contacting us.

Use of Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes. You must not:

• Use the website for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• Submit false contact, billing, payment, or delivery information.
• Attempt to interfere with the website, checkout, security systems, or other customers.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful technology.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, store data, or customer information.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without authorization.
• Use the website in a way that infringes another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We may restrict or suspend access to the website where we reasonably believe it is being misused, subject to applicable law.

Products and Product Information

Detroit Legends Sports sells physical collectible-art cards, sports-inspired original art cards, fantasy and wildlife art cards, card-storage products, protective accessories, display holders, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product titles, descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs, prices, included items, and availability accurately.

Screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing variation, printing processes, and material finishes may cause minor differences between an online image and the physical product received. Such minor differences do not change the product’s essential nature or specifications.

Product packaging may occasionally change without notice, provided that the product supplied remains materially consistent with the description shown when the order was placed.

Original Artwork and Independent Products

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise and supporting authorization exists, Detroit Legends Sports products are independent products and are not official, licensed, endorsed, certified, authenticated, or sponsored by a professional sports team, athlete, league, club, trading-card manufacturer, entertainment company, or other third party.

Sports-inspired artwork is intended as original artistic content and must not be interpreted as indicating an official affiliation.

References to product styles, sports, cities, animals, fictional themes, or general subject matter are used to describe the artwork or product and do not create an affiliation with a third party.

Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it.

Inventory information may change while customers are shopping. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will contact you and may cancel and refund the affected item or order.

We may limit the quantity of products available to a customer where reasonably necessary to protect inventory, prevent fraud, or maintain fair availability.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in your checkout. An automated order-confirmation message confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

We may decline, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product is unavailable.
• The price or product information contains a clear error.
• Payment authorization is unsuccessful.
• The billing or delivery information cannot be verified.
• The order appears fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or unlawful.
• We cannot deliver the order to the supplied address.

Where an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices, Currency, and Taxes

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.

Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated using the information provided during checkout and are displayed before the order is completed.

Product prices may change over time. A price change does not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

We may correct a clear pricing, description, or technical error before accepting or dispatching an order. Where an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer before proceeding or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

Payments

The payment methods currently available for an order are displayed securely during checkout. Only the methods shown during the relevant checkout are available for that purchase.

Payment information is processed by the payment provider selected during checkout. Detroit Legends Sports does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers submitted through the online checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge for the order.

Detroit Legends Sports does not currently offer subscription products or recurring billing.

Shipping and Delivery

Detroit Legends Sports currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available.

Free tracked standard shipping is provided on every eligible order without a minimum purchase requirement.

• Processing time: 3 business days.
• Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Estimated total delivery time: 8–13 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and United States federal holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.

All online orders are processed, inspected, packed, and dispatched from our store at 55226 Van Dyke Avenue, Shelby Township, Michigan 48316, United States.

If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact the customer with the available options, which may include accepting a revised shipping timeframe or canceling the affected order for a refund.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the product-condition and return requirements stated in our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Customers must contact Detroit Legends Sports before sending or bringing back a product. Approved postal returns receive a prepaid tracked return label by email, and no restocking fee is charged.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are normally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Direct exchanges are not currently offered. A customer seeking a different product should complete an eligible return and place a separate order, subject to availability.

Sealed card or collectible products must remain unopened with their factory seals intact to qualify for a change-of-mind return. This restriction does not apply to a valid report that the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Customer Accounts

Where customer-account functionality is available, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity conducted through your account.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or login details have been used without authorization.

We may restrict or close an account where it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material violation of these Terms.

Reviews, Feedback, and Customer Submissions

Where our website allows reviews, photographs, comments, or other submissions, you must provide content that is truthful, lawful, relevant, and based on your genuine experience.

You must not submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Contains malware, spam, advertising, or unrelated promotional material.
• Contains another person’s private information without authorization.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant Detroit Legends Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use that content in connection with our store and services, subject to applicable law.

We may decline or remove submitted content that violates these Terms, but we do not promise to review every submission.

Intellectual Property

The Detroit Legends Sports website, store name, original artwork, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, page layouts, and other store content are owned by Detroit Legends Sports or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use website content for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit store content without prior written permission.

Third-party names and trademarks appearing on the website remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our online store is hosted through Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics, security, customer-service, or other technology providers.

External websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Detroit Legends Sports is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of an independent third-party website.

Errors and Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available, but it may occasionally contain technical, typographical, pricing, inventory, or content errors.

Website access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, updates, technical failures, provider outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may correct errors and update website information where reasonably necessary. We will not use this provision to avoid an obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every security threat.

Product warranties or guarantees apply only where they are expressly stated on the relevant product page or required under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Detroit Legends Sports will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting solely from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

These limitations do not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and purchases from Detroit Legends Sports are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Michigan and applicable United States federal law, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection that applies to a customer in another jurisdiction.

Before beginning formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising a right to contact a consumer-protection authority or pursue another remedy available under applicable law.

Severability and No Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A delay or failure by Detroit Legends Sports to enforce a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them and the information displayed during checkout, form the agreement governing use of the website and applicable purchases from Detroit Legends Sports.

Where a specific product page, checkout notice, or written agreement contains terms that directly apply to a particular transaction, those specific terms will apply to that transaction together with these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, website, products, service providers, or applicable legal requirements.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Changes normally apply from the date they are published and do not retroactively change an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
